SECTION 22 - SMS/MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS

Woofpak Inc., doing business as Woofpak Bakery, offers a recurring promotional SMS messaging program (the “SMS Program”).

Customers may enroll in the SMS Program through the SMS signup popup available on https://woofpakbakery.com/. Enrollment does not require a purchase, checkout, payment, or account creation.

By checking the SMS marketing consent checkbox and submitting the SMS signup form, you affirmatively consent to receive recurring promotional SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Woofpak Bakery at the mobile telephone number you provide.

Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, new product updates, bakery news, product launches, abandoned cart reminders, event information, personalized offers, and other Woofpak Bakery promotional communications.

Participation in the SMS Program is voluntary. You are not required to consent to promotional text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from Woofpak Bakery. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent and received through the SMS Program.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Woofpak Bakery promotional text message. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. No further promotional messages will be sent unless you later affirmatively opt in again.

For assistance, reply HELP to a Woofpak Bakery text message or email hello@woofpakbakery.com.

We may change the telephone number or messaging identifier used to operate the SMS Program and will provide notice where appropriate.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide a valid mobile telephone number. If your mobile number changes, you should opt in again using your new number if you wish to continue receiving promotional messages.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Woofpak Bakery does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide mobile information to vendors and service providers that help us operate and deliver the SMS Program, such as messaging platforms and customer support providers, solely as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

Those service providers are not permitted to use mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
